BASIC EDUCATION

Kindergarten

• Age: The child must be at least five (5) years old by the end of the school year.
• Birth Certificate: The child's original and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
• The child may need to pass a paper-pencil test and interview.

Grade 1-10

• Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Birth Certificate: The child's original and a photocopy of their birth certificate
• 2x2 picture (2pcs)

Senior Highschool

• Report Card
• Moving Up Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Birth Certificate: The child's original and a photocopy of their birth certificate
• 2x2 picture (2pcs)

COLLEGE DEPARTMENT

INCOMING NEW STUDENT

• Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Birth Certificate: The child's original and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
• 2x2 picture (2pcs)

TRANSFEREES

• Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
• Copy of Subjects taken for Evaluation Purposes
• Birth Certificate: The child's original and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
• 2x2 picture (2pcs)

GRADUATE DEPARTMENT

• Transcript of Records with an average rating of 85% or its equivalent.
• 2x2 picture (2pcs)

For transferees (Additional Requirements)

• Certificate of Honorable Dismissal

*Required downpayment upon Enrollment P5,000 pesos.
